At SaltyBunny, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:

Sale or clearance items.

Gift cards and downloadable products.

Hygiene-related products such as undergarments or personal care items.
If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
2. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like to replace an item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at rob21moses@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns
